以松香酯化物(RH)、苯乙烯(St)和二乙烯基苯(DVB)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成了松香基聚合物微球.考察了分散剂的种类、用量和DVB的用量对成球性能的影响.使用红外光谱、热重分析、光学显微镜和X射线衍射等方法对聚合物微球进行了表征.结果表明,在单体质量比RH∶St∶DVB为1∶1.5∶0.4,明胶用量为m(明胶)/m(混合单体)=4/100时,得到较优的聚合物微球;松香酯化物的引入提高了聚合物微球的最大分解温度,聚合物微球具有一定的结晶性和压缩强度.
