在低温条件下,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为表面活性剂,采用液相还原法制备了MoS2纳米杆,用XRD、EDS、IR和TEM等方法对产物进行了表征;并对MoS2纳米杆的反应机理、生长机制以及表面活性剂的形貌调控作用进行了分析.结果表明:制备的MoS2纳米杆形貌均匀规则,直径约30 nm,长度约400 nm,而且表面被PEG和SDBS所修饰;提出了基于SDBS和PEG复配作用的基体包覆-模板定向的生长模型.
