Based on the SF-529 cyanide-free alkaline bright zinc plating process, the process conditions of cyanide-free alkaline bright zinc plating and the role and use of individual component in the plating bath were introduced. The bath maintenance and treatment methods for common problems were discussed. It provides a reference for application of SF-529 cyanide-free alkaline bright zinc plating process.
