多孔TiNi基形状记忆合金作为新兴的生物医用材料因为兼具整体多孔结构和形状记忆合金两者的优点而引起了人们的关注.本文采用纯钛、镍和钼粉利用自蔓延高温合成工艺制备了多孔Ti50Ni49Mo1(原子百分数)合金.研究表明非稳态燃烧模式合成的多孔合金呈现出不均匀的层状孔隙结构特点,而稳态燃烧模式合成的合金具有三维连通的网状孔隙结构,孔隙分布均匀,孔隙度为60.2%,平均孔隙尺寸为420μm.室温下TiNi(奥氏体)是主要相,而Ti2Ni和TiNi3是次要相.
