自行研制了非晶态涂层用粉芯线材,利用电弧喷涂技术制备了含非晶相铁基涂层,对涂层的相组成、微观组织、热稳定性及涂层截面的显微硬度进行了研究和分析,测试了涂层在450℃下的耐磨粒磨损性能.结果表明:涂层中非晶相含量较高,涂层呈层状分布,结构均匀致密;涂层在580℃以下使用不会发生晶化转变;涂层截面的平均硬度为1356.0 HV;涂层在450℃下有较好的耐磨粒磨损性能,磨损10 h的相对耐磨性为GCr15轴承钢的5.1倍.

The cored wire used to manufacture amorphous coating was self developed, and amorphous Fe-based coatings were prepared by arc spraying technology. The phase composition, microstructure, properties of thermal stability and cross section hardness of the coatings were studied and analyzed. The coating's abrasive wear-resistant property at 450℃ was also studied. The results show that the coating had a high content of amorphous phase, layered distribution and a dense and uniform structure. The crystallization process in the coating would not occur at the temperatures below 580℃. The average hardness of the coating was 1 356.0 HV. The coating had good abrasive wear-resistance at 450℃, after 10 h, the relative wear-resistant property of the coating was 5.1 times of that of GCr15 bearing steel.
