开发了一种1100/7075/1100复合板的热轧制备方法,研究了热轧复合过程中各层金属厚度的变形规律,使用扫描电镜对1100和7075结合界面进行了微观表征,研究了热处理后界面扩散情况,以及热处理工艺对中间扩散层厚度的影响.研究表明,1100层变形大于7075层,复合板包覆率随着总压下量的增加而降低;热处理能促进界面金属元素的扩散,扩散层厚度随着退火时间的增加而增大;通过合适的热处理,可以使复合板获得较好的综合力学性能.
