在850、900和950℃不同轧制温度、1×10-2 Pa的高焊接真空度以及90%的总轧制压下率条件下,用真空轧制复合技术制备无中间层的纯钛/钢/纯钛三层复合板,研究了界面微观组织结构对界面结合性能的影响.结果表明,在850℃轧制温度下,复合界面层由0.5μn厚的连续TiC薄层组成;在900和950℃轧制温度下,界面层由连续的TiC薄层和β.-Ti相组成,且随着轧制温度的提高界面层厚度逐渐增加.在不同轧制温度下在钢中靠近界面处均发现了铁素体带,且随着轧制温度的提高铁素体带的宽度明显增大.在900℃轧制温度下得到了最高的界面剪切强度337 MPa,且剪切断裂发生在TiC层和钢的界面上,复合板弯曲到180°复合界面没有宏观和微观开裂,显示了优异的界面结合性能.
