    采用氧化法对原料进行降解,得到不同分子量的产品,用粘度法测量分子量;采用失重法,结合极化曲线法,在不同浓度海水体系中,对原料和降解产品进行腐蚀性能评价;并用椭圆偏振法分析水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖及降解产品的缓蚀机理.结果表明,30%H2O2的加入量大于等于20 ml时,降解产品的分子量在10000以下,分子量对缓蚀效率的有一定影响但不显著,缓蚀组分的浓度越高越好;羧甲基壳聚糖是能同时抑制阴阳极但以抑制阴极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂,通过静电作用平铺在碳钢表面发生多层吸附.

    The raw material was degraded by oxidation method for obtaining products with different molecular weight in this works at first,and their molecular weights were measured by viscosity method.The weightloss method combining with electrochemical polarization were adopted to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of all products in different seawaters.Meanwhile the change process of the formed surface film on carbon steel was monitored by spectroscopic ellipsometry in sea waters with watersoluble carboxymethylchitosan products.The results indicate that the molecular weights of carboxymethychitosan products are less than 10000 when the dose of the 30%H2O2 no less than 20ml.The molecular weight has little influence on the inhibition efficiency,and the higher concentration the better inhibition efficiency.Carboxymethylchitosan is a mixed cathodic/anodic corrosion inhibitor,but mainly cathodic corrosion inhibitor,which induces multi-layered adsorption on carbon steel surface.
