为了研究橡胶的硫化特性,对某橡胶压头硫化过程进行了有限元分析.结合未硫化橡胶、半成品橡胶和已硫化橡胶的热物性试验,建立了橡胶热物性参数与胶料状态、温度和硫化程度的关系式;根据3种温度下胶料的流变曲线,提出了一种混合动力学模型,并运用商业软件ABAQUS及其用户子程序UMATHT,对压头硫化模型进行数值计算;分析了压头在硫化过程中的焦烧、温度和硫化程度等参数,并研究了初始温度对压头硫化的影响.结果表明:所提出的混合动力模型、热物性参数表述模型可以更加精确地描述硫化过程中橡胶的动力学特性、热物性参数变化规律;压头初始温度与焦烧时间、硫化程度和温升速度近似成一阶线性反比例关系.
To investigate the rubber curing performance,finite element analysis of some rubber piston curing process was presented.According to the thermal properties experiments of uncured rubber,partially cured rubber and cured rubber,a new expression of rubber thermal properties with temperature and state-of-cure was given,and according to the curing curves of the rubber at three kinds of temperature,a new kinetic model was presented.The commercial code ABAQUS was used in conjunction with its user subroutine UMATHT to solve the piston curing model.The induction time,state-of-cure and temperature of the piston in the curing process were analyzed,and the effects of four different initial temperatures on the piston curing process were also studied.The results showed that the proposed kinetic model and thermal properties expression could more precisely describe the rubber kinetics and thermal properties.The initial temperature of the piston showed linear inverse proportion relations with induction time,state-of-cure and temperature rising speed.
