采用HPLC-MS-MS内标检测法,对比分析了玻璃砂芯过滤器T-50、不锈钢筛网过滤器M-50、Whatman 1950-017、陶瓷布氏漏斗预处理之后的水样检测结果.结果表明,Whatman 1950-017和布件漏斗预处理永样检测值的损失率最低.但在检测实际水样时,布氏漏斗滤液易堵塞C18富集小柱,故并不适合用于预处理固体含量较高的水样.Whatman 1950-017是痕量分析中较为理想的水样预处理过滤装置.
