对质量异议批次的65号盘条拉拔断裂试样进行缺陷分析，采用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜、化学分析法等手段对其在冷拉拔过程中产生“杯锥”状断裂的试样进行分析，结果表明“杯锥状”断口的形成主要是铸坯缩孔、盘条组织异常、索氏体化程度低、内部中心偏析等原因造成。
: The objections to some of the quality of batches of No.65 wire rod drawing fracture defect samples were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, chemical analysis by means of its production in the cold drawing process "cup cone" shaped fracture of the samples analyzed, the results show that the "cup cone" is a slab fracture of the formation of the main shrinkage, abnormal rod organizations, sorbite low level of segregation within the center and other causes.
