以功能分子蛋氨酸改性聚外消旋乳酸(PDLLA),采用直接熔融聚合法合成新型生物材料聚(乳酸-蛋氨酸)共聚物.用[η]、红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热(DSC)及X射线衍射(XRD)等手段进行系统表征,探讨了催化剂种类和用量、熔融聚合反应时间和温度、不同投料比对共聚物合成的影响.当单体乳酸和蛋氨酸投料摩尔比为98/2时,在150℃、70 Pa、催化剂SnCl2用量0.5%(质量分数,下同)的条件下熔融聚合10 h,聚合物(M-)W可达7500.增加蛋氨酸投料量,(M)w逐渐降低,TG均低于PDLLA,且均为无定型态,能满足药物缓释材料要求.
