利用磁控溅射方法在IN738合金上制备了同成分的纳米晶涂 层,研究了该合金与纳米晶涂层在800℃、900℃和1000℃的恒温氧化行为.结果表明:纳米 晶涂层在900℃和1000℃氧化时能形成双层的外氧化膜,表层为TiO2和Cr2O3为主的混 合氧化物层,内层为连续的Al2O3层,没有内氧化及氮化,但在800℃氧化却不能形成连 续的Al2O3内层.讨论了纳米晶的氧化机理.
A sputtered nanocrystalline coating of IN738 alloy was obtained by means of magnetron sputtering.The isothermal oxidation behavior of the bulk alloy and nanocrystalline coating of IN738 in air was studied.The r esults indicated that a double external oxide scale was formed on the nanocrysta lline coating at 900℃ and 1000℃ without internal oxidation and nitridation.Th e scale consisted of an outer part of main Cr2O3 and an inner part of a cont inuous Al2O3 scale,which offered good adhesive and protectiveness.However, at 800℃ the inner continuous Al2O3 scale was not formed on the coating.Th e oxidation mechanism of the nanocrystalline coating was also discussed.
