采用包覆热轧法制备了U-Mo/Nb固相复合扩散偶.分别在760和790℃下对U-Mo/Nb固相复合扩散偶进行了不同时间的扩散热处理.用能谱法(EDS)测定了扩散偶中主要元素在一维扩散方向上的分布;根据实验初边界条件建立了U-Mo/Nb的半无限长扩散偶模型,并用误差函数法获得了扩散方程的解析式.通过实验数据计算得到UMo合金中U元素在Nb基体中的扩散系数.结合实验方法分析认为计算结果基本合理.
