在双酚A环氧树脂(DGEBA)-改性二乙烯三胺(DETA)体系中加入环氧大豆油(ESO),制得了不同ESO含量(0～15.15％)改性的环氧树脂涂层；用三点弯曲试验测试了改性涂层的临界断裂强度因子(KIC),用静态浸泡试验得到了涂层的质量增加率-时间曲线,测试了玻璃转化温度Tg,并计算出了水分子在改性涂层中的扩散系数D.结果表明:随着ESO含量的增加,涂层的KIC先增加后降低,而Tg和质量增加率则降低,D则先降后升；当ESO质量分数为7.35％时,改性涂层的耐水分子扩散性能最优.
