采用夏比冲击试验研究了高频焊接(HFW)钢管焊缝冲击试样缺口位置的确定方法,重点讨论了焊缝中心线与试样中心线不垂直时(焊缝偏斜)如何确定。结果表明:当焊缝偏斜时,先制备两种缺口位置的焊缝冲击试样,一种是缺口根部处于距试样侧表面2mm的线与焊缝中心线的交点且垂直于试样中心线的直线上,另一种是缺口根部处于试样中心线与焊缝中心线的交点且垂直于试样中心线的直线上;两种试样中试验结果较小值作为焊缝处的冲击吸收能量,此试样为焊缝冲击试样。

Chapy impact test was used to investigate the method to confirm notch locations for impact sepcimens of high frequency welded (HFW) pipes, especially discussed how to confirm notch locations when the weld centre line was not verical to the specimen centre line (the weld seam was oblique). The results show that sepcimens with two types of notch location were prepared when weld seam was oblique. One type was that the bottom of notch located in the intersection point of the specimen centre line and the line 2 mm from the side surface, and was on the line vertical to the specimen centre line. The other type was that the notch bottom located in the intersection point of the specimen centre line and the weld center line, and was on the line vertical to the specimen centre line. The smaller value of test results was regarded as impact absorbed energy of weld seam in two specimens, and this specimen was just the impact specimen of weld seam.
