采用Gleeble-3800热模拟机对TC16钛合金丝材分别进行冷镦、热镦实验,利用SEM、TEM、显微硬度计等手段对冷镦、热镦样品及成形后再固溶时效热处理的样品进行显微组织观察和硬度测试.结果表明:冷镦与热镦样品在显微组织和性能上存在差异,但重新固溶时效热处理后,冷镦与热镦样品的显微组织和力学性能接近.
