研究了石英陶瓷材料弯曲强度的统计学分布特性.实验表明,常规的Weibull分布函数不能很好地描述石英陶瓷的强度分布,而必须采用部分并存型裂纹分布模型对实验结果进行分析.这一结论从对试样断口形貌进行的观察中得到了进一步的支持.
The statistical distribution characteristics of the bending strength of quartz ceramic were studied. It was shown that the strength distribution cannot be well described with the conventional Weibull function but should be analyzed based on the compound flaw distribution. The existence of the compound flaw distribution was further confirmed from the SEM observation of the fracture surfaces.
