讨论以高分子负载的双金属(PBM)催化剂合成的CO2共聚物——聚碳酸亚乙酯(PEC)为基的聚氨酯泡沫体在活性污泥和70 ℃加热水解条件下的降解性能,并与聚碳酸亚乙酯-聚氨酯弹性体的降解性进行了比较。结果表明,这种泡沫体材料的降解速度远大于其弹性体的降解速度。
The degradabilities of polyurethanes(PU) foams based on copolymer from CO2 catalyzed with polymer chelated bimetal catalyst(PBM)-poly(ethylene carbonate)(PEC) under the conditions of activated sludge and thermal hydrolysis(70 ℃) were discussed. The degradabilities of PEC-PU elastomers and foams were compared. The test results show that the rate of degradation of PEC-PU foams are much faster than that of PEC-PU elastomers. The percent of weight-loss PEC-PU foams is 31% after 40 days in activated sludge. The foams of PEC-PU may be used in degradable packing materials.
