采用恒电位极化法测定了电阻焊油井套管经过模拟热张力减径处理试验后的沟槽腐蚀性能。结果表明,电阻焊管母材和焊缝区的微观组织差异及焊缝区的应力是电阻焊管沟槽腐蚀的主要原因。热张力减径可以显著提高电阻焊油井套管的抗沟槽腐蚀性能,从而扩大其在石油钻采领域的应用。
The grooving corrosion performance of electric resistance welded (ERW) oil well casing after simulation of thermal tension reduction process was investigated by potentiostatic polarization method. It was found that the microstructure difference between base metal and weld zone and the stress in weld zone were two main causes of grooving corrosion of ERW tube. The thermal tension reduction process can considerably improve the grooving corrosion resistibility of ERW oil well casing. And the ERW tube can be used more in the field of oil drilling.
