用溶胶-凝胶法在低温下制备了ZrSiO4粉体,研究了锆/硅/锂原子比及热处理温度对于合成硅酸锆粉体的影响.试验结果表明,Si(OC4H9)4、ZrOCl2和LiCl的最佳物质的量比为1.2:1:0.5,所得凝胶在800℃热处理条件下煅烧3h,可制得高纯度的硅酸锆粉体.

ZrSiO4 powders are prepared by sol-gel process at low temperature.ZrOCl2 and Si(OC4 H9)4 are used as starting substances.LiCl is used as mineral agent.The effects of metal molar ratio(n(Zr):n(Si):n(Li)) of the precursors and the temperature of heat-treatment on the synthesis of zircon are studied.It is found that ZrSiO4 powder can be obtained in the condition of n(Zr):n(Si):n(Li) =1.0:1.2:0.5 and with heat treatment at 800℃ for 3h.
