翼钢烧结原料品种多,烧结矿冶金性能变化大,致使高炉冶炼不稳定,出现焦比高、产量低、成本高等问题。笔者以翼钢现有南非矿、球团矿筛下、代县铁精矿粉、熔剂和返矿为烧结原料,对翼钢烧结矿进行优化配矿试验,分析了烧结矿各原料特性及不同配比烧结矿的冶金物理性能,测定了烧结矿的还原性、软化性、低温还原粉化率,并在此条件下结合线性规划方法,寻求适合翼钢烧结生产的最佳配矿方案。
A variety of sintering materials was used in Yicheng Steel Company. Metallurgical performance of sintered ore showed a great variation, so the refining process of blast furnace was instable and high coke ratio, low productivity and high cost, etc appeared. Cape sintering, minus mesh of spheric agglomeration, ferro preparation concentrate powder from Dai county flux and return sinter were used as material of sintering test. The test of sintering ore optimizing match was implemented in Yicheng Steel Company, the character of different material, metallurgical property of different burden sintered ore, reduction, softening, low temperature reduction pulverizing ratio and mineralography of sintered ore were analyzed. Under this condition, the linear programming technique was used to find out adaptive and optimal burden ore scheme of sintering production at Yicheng Steel Company.
