{"currentpage":1,"firstResult":0,"maxresult":10,"pagecode":5,"pageindex":{"endPagecode":5,"startPagecode":1},"records":[{"abstractinfo":"以盐酸硝酸(5+3)的混酸为消解液,微波消解钨矿样品,然后采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)同时测定钨矿中砷和汞.对微波消解程序进行优化,并探讨了共存离子对测定砷、汞的干扰.由于钨基体在酸性消解液中形成钨酸沉淀,而实际样品中其他共存离子浓度均低于允许浓度,因此,基体和共存元素对待测元素几乎没有影响.砷、汞的测定下限分别为0.20 mg/kg和0.10 mg/kg.选择不同钨矿石进行精密度考察,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在1.3 L-1时根呈黑褐色且受到明显的伸长抑制,但并未坏死.与对照苗相比,4-BDE诱导处理的毛白杨组苗不定根的显微结构发生明显变化,表现为根皮层细胞内含物增多,皮层细胞排列变紧密.高浓度30 mg·L-1 4-BDE处理23 d的组苗不定根丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于处理47 d和58 d的(P<0.05);相同处理时间30 mg·L-1 4-BDE处理的过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05).随着处理时间的延长,3
