Manuscript received 24 June 1999 The Fe Al P alloy deposits were plated on copper sheets by electroless plating. The change law of the deposition rate, composition, surface appearance and structure for the deposits was studied by changing the metallic salt ratios (AlCl 3/AlCl 3+FeSO 4), the concentration of metallic salt AlCl 3 and reductant NaH 2PO 2. The optimum plating bath was obtained. It was found that the choices of ligand and reductant were the key of increasing Al content for the deposits.

以Co基高温合金Co-9Al-9W-2Ta-0.02B成分为基础,分别添加了4at%和9at%的Mo元素替代W(使W+Mo含量为9at%),用电弧熔炼法制备了Co-9Al-xMo-(9-x)W-2Ta-0.02B合金(x=4,9),分别称为4Mo和9Mo合金,研究了Mo含量及时效温度对合金相组成、显微组织形貌和高低温拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:铸态合金由Co的固溶体γ相基体和金属间化合物γ'相Co3(Al,Me)组成(其中Me为合金元素W、Mo、Ta),γ’相位于y相界.1350℃/8 h固溶+800C/100h时效处理的4Mo合金γ相中均匀析出了与之共格并规则排列的立方形γ’相Co3(Al,Me),γ’相尺寸为200~300 nm;9Mo合金析出大量胞状和针状的κ-Co3Mo相以及少量的y’相.1350℃/8 h固溶+900℃/100h时效处理时4Mo合金的γ/γ’共格组织中也析出微量针状κ-Co3Mo相,而9Mo合金中的针状相明显粗化.4Mo合金的高低温抗拉伸强度与塑性均高于9Mo合金,合金在600℃以上发生反常屈服.

Dy1-xPrx(Fe0.35Co0.55B0.1)(2) (0 <= x <= 1) Laves compounds with a cubic MgCu2-type structure were synthesized by arc melting and subsequent annealing. The lattice parameter of the Laves compounds linearly increases, while the Curie temperature T-C decreases with increasing Pr content. The saturation magnetization M-s at 5 K or 295 K for the Dy1-xPrx(Fe0.35Co0.55B0.1)(2) alloys decreases to reach a minimum, then increases with increasing Pr content. The composition for magnetic moment compensation is about x=0.55 at 295 K and x=0.65 at 5 K, respectively. The magnetostriction lambda(parallel to) or lambda(perpendicular to) at room temperature was investigated either parallel or perpendicular to the applied field using a standard strain gauge technique. The spin configuration and magnetostrictive properties of TbxDy0.7-xPr0.3(Fe0.9B0.1)(1.93) (0.10 <= x <= 0.28) Laves compounds are investigated. The spin phase diagram for the compounds is constructed to illustrate both the composition dependence of the Curie point T-C and spin reorientation temperature T-SR and the arrangement for the easy magnetization direction (EMD). It is found that when x is increased from 0.16 to 0.28, T-C increases from 617 to 623 K, while T-SR decreases from 375 to 160 K at which the EMD reorients from < 100 > to < 111 > axis. The magnetization and magnetostriction of the compounds are measured as a function of applied field. The magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant K-1 and the ratio lambda(a)/K-1 reach a minimum and a maximum value at x=0.22, respectively. The single phase Tb0.22Dy0.48Pr0.3(Fe0.9B0.1)(1.93) compound has the lowest magnetocrystalline anisotropy, the highest magnetostriction to anisotropy ratio, and a large spontaneous magnetostriction lambda(111) of similar to 1500 ppm at room temperature. We have applied the embedded atom method (EAM). to calculate boundary concentration distributions of Ni, Al and B, and B probabilities in the "interstitial" and, the "substitutional" sites, at the Ni3Al-x at.% B (100% Ni\100% Ni) [001]/Sigma5(210)/36.87 degrees. grain boundary at the equilibrium. We propose that the bulk effects of B on the grain boundary include the positive effect on the Ni enrichment at the grain boundary, i.e. the B atoms induce Ni atoms to substitute into Al sites, the negative effect on it, i.e. the B atoms substitute into Ni sites, and the neutral effect on it, i.e. the B atoms insert into interstices in the grain boundary. Our calculations show that owing to combination of the positive effect and the negative effect, corresponding to B-enrichment increasing, the Ni-enrichment and the Al-depletion become more and more obvious, when x increases from 0.1 to 0.5. Then, corresponding to B-enrichment decreasing, the Ni-enrichment and the Al-depletion also become more and more obvious, when x decreases from 0.9 to 0.5. Thus, between low (x = 0.1) and high (x = 0.9) B bulk concentrations, there is a B bulk concentration (x = 0.5), at which the Ni-enrichment and the Al-depletion become the most obvious, even if Ni is approximately saturated. The morphology of the dark and bright regions observed by transmission electron microscopy for the Zr(64.13)Cu(15.75)Ni(10.12)Al(10) bulk metallic glass strongly depends on the ion beam parameters used for ion milling. This indicates that the ion beam could introduce surface fluctuation to metallic glasses during ion milling.

利用机械合金化(MA)制备了Ni-20.7W和Ni-17.9W-27B (at%)非晶-纳米晶粉末,分别采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪分析了不同球磨时间粉末的微观形貌和结构参数,探讨了B的添加对非晶化过程的影响.研究结果表明:MA过程中,Ni-20.7W样品没有明显发生非晶化,而Ni-17.9W-27B样品在40 h时发生了非晶化,说明B提高了Ni-W合金体系的非晶化形成能力;非晶化过程为W/B首先固溶于Ni中生成Ni(W,B)过饱和固溶体,然后转变为非晶;Ni-20.7W样品球磨30h后Ni的晶粒尺寸为32.9 nm,晶格畸变为0.48%,而Ni-17.9W-27B样品球磨10h后的晶粒尺寸为9 nm,晶格畸变为0.62%.

通过在浓硝酸、w=5% NaCl溶液、c=1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中的浸渍试验,研究了不同基体上的Ni-W非晶态合金镀层的耐蚀性;通过测定在w=5% NaCl溶液及c=1 mol/L的HNO3溶液、H2SO4溶液、HCl溶液中的阳极极化曲线,研究了Ni-W非晶态合金镀层薄膜本身的耐蚀性;采用线性极化方法对Ni-W-B非晶态合金镀层在w=5% NaCl溶液、c=1 mol/L H2SO4溶液及HNO3溶液中的腐蚀速度进行了测定,并测定了以上2种非晶态合金镀层的硬度与耐磨性.结果表明,非晶态的Ni-W、Ni-W-B镀层比晶态镀层的耐腐蚀性能要好,而Ni-W-B 非晶态合金镀层比Ni-W非晶态合金镀层的耐蚀性能又明显提高;经热处理后,Ni-W-B非晶态镀层的硬度值明显高于Ni-W非晶态镀层,耐磨性能都提高了1倍以上.Ni-W、Ni-W-B非晶态镀层极有望成为一种比较好的代铬镀层.

Quaternary amorphous Fe-Mo-W-B alloy have been deposited by electroless plating. The structure and crystallization processes of the alloys have been studied by X-ray diffraction. It is found that for boron contents of 9.8 to 27.3 at.%, the structure is amorphous, which is wider than the range for the binary Fe-B, but is more narrow than that of ternary Fe-Mo-B amorphous films. A two-step process of crystallization is observed for the deposits. At first, the crystallization phases are alpha-Fe, Fe3B and (Mo, W),B-2, then Fe2B, (Mo, W)B and Fe-2(Mo, W) for high temperatures in the amorphous films.
