The model established in this paper for calculating the unsteady temperature field, in which physical parameters varies with temperatures, is simplified as compared with the classical one by defining the heat conductivity as function of temperature and dealing with the latent heat of phase transformation and boundary conditions. The results show that the probability of absolute error less 2℃ between the calculated and measured values in temperature field calculation reaches above 80%.

The effect of 3d transition elements (such as V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, and Ni additions) on material properties in L1(0) TiAl has been studied using the first-principles DMol and discrete variational method within the framework of the density-functional theory. The transfer energy calculation indicates that all these 3d elements show a tendency to substitute for Al sites in the stoichiometric TiAl alloy, with the increasing order V < Cr < Mn < Ni < Fe < Co. Our results show that the local distortion of crystal lattice around an impurity atom is nonuniform, and it is found that the important influencing factors on the local lattice distortion are the impurity atom size and the site preference. Based on the effects of the doped alloying elements on the structural parameters and mechanical properties, we conclude that the larger bond strength and the smaller axial ratio benefit the ductility. Three-dimensional honeycomb-structured magnesium (Mg) scaffolds with interconnected pores of accurately
controlled pore size and porosity were fabricated by laser perforation technique. Biodegradable and bioactive β-
tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) coatings were prepared on the porous Mg to further improve its biocompatibility,
and the biodegradation mechanism was simply evaluated in vitro. It was found that the mechanical properties
of this type of porous Mg significantly depended on its porosity. Elastic modulus and compressive strength
similar to human bones could be obtained for the porous Mg with porosity of 42.6%-51%. It was observed
that the human osteosarcoma cells (UMR106) were well adhered and proliferated on the surface of the β-
TCP coated porous Mg, which indicates that the β-TCP coated porous Mg is promising to be a bone tissue
engineering scaffold material.

针对野外恶劣使用环境,设计了一种环境适应性强的显示控制系统.该系统采用基于DSP和S1D13305控制EL显示屏的设计方案,从软硬件两方面阐述了DSP和显示控制芯片之间的接口电路和设计方法,解决了显示控制芯片内部字库内容单一的问题,并给出了系统设置和显示控制芯片初始化程序,开发了显示驱动模块.经过实战考核和应用,该显示系统在野外恶劣环境中工作稳定,显示效果良好.该显示系统达到了预期效果.

以分离于江西某铜矿的嗜铁钩端螺旋菌(L. ferriphilum YSK)菌株为研究对象,报道不同Fe2+浓度对 L. ferriphilum生长活性的影响.结果表明,YSK菌株生长最适宜的Fe2+浓度约为0.1 mol/L.当初始Fe2+浓度为0.4 mol/L时,进入对数生长期前很明显需要一个较长的延迟期,表明该Fe2+浓度对细胞的生长产生较强的抑制作用;当初始Fe2+浓度为0.6 mol/L时,YSK菌株的生长完全受到抑制.尽管高浓度的Fe2+抑制细胞的生长,但受到抑制而不生长繁殖的YSK细胞仍然具有氧化Fe2+的能力.

The thermodynamic properties of Cu-Ce-S and Cu-Y-S liquid solutions were studied by the chemical equilibrium technique at 1200℃. The equilibrium constants and the standard free energies of formation of CeS and YS were determined for the reactions: CeS=[Ce]+[S] and YS = [Y]+[S] . For the solution of Ce_(1) and Y_(l) in pure Cu according to the reactions: Ce_(1)= [Ce] and Y_(1)= [Y] , the standard free energies of solutions were obtained. The first order and second order interaction coefficients between solute elements as well as the activity coefficients γ_(Ce)~0 and γ_Y~0 in liquid Cu were also determined.
