Shape-Memory Intermetallics Development in Taiwan

In Taiwan, many groups engage in the development of TiNi SMAs. The two-stage martensitic transformations of and have been clarified for both TiNi binary and ternary alloys. The deformation behaviors have been investigated by cold-rolling, hot-rolling and wire drawing. Both shape memory effect and pseudoelasticity can be improved by some thermal-mechanical treatments. The damping characteristics of TiNi and TiNiX SMAs have also been systematically studied. Both B19'/B19 martensite (M)and R-phase(R) have high daming capacities due to the stress-induced movement of twin boundaries. Meanwhile, the addition of third elements-Fe and Cu-can largely increase the damping capacity.Recently, some high temperature shape memory alloys-TiHiPd and TiNi-.Au alloys-have also been intensively studied in Taiwan. All these potential investigations on the TiNi SMAs in Taiwan have attracted much attention and their important characteristics will be applied widely in the near future.

新型螯合萃取剂H106

本文介绍了异羟肟酸型螯合萃取剂 H106的稳定性及其在金属萃取中的行为,研究了用 H106进行金属萃取的机理和萃合物的稳定常数.实验结果表明,H106的稳定性很高,对金属的萃取性能很好.H106是一种一元弱酸,在试验条件下,它通过氧-氧配位,与金属离子形成内络盐 MeL_n.其对各金属离子的萃取能力强弱与金属络合物积累稳定常数的大小顺序相一致.在一定条件下,在萃取中表现出极佳的选择性.用 H106由湿法炼锌厂置换渣的硫酸浸出液中回收 Ga 和 Ge 已获得十分满意的结果.也可以用于微量钛测定和其他许多方面.

除盐水中A106碳钢缓蚀剂的电化学试验比选

采用失重法和极化曲线法,试验对比了除盐水中几种缓蚀剂对A106碳钢的缓蚀作用,结果显示除盐水中在30~85 ℃间缓蚀剂A的缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀率在95%以上;在试验温度范围内,缓蚀剂A能够稳定地发挥缓蚀作用.

Flow-accelerated corrosion behavior of SA106 Gr. C weldment

Chemical and geometrical effects of weld on flow-accelerated corrosion (FAC) of SA106 Gr.C low alloy steel pipe was investigated using rotating cylinder electrode in 3.5-wt% sodium chloride solution and simulated feedwater of nuclear power plants. Polarization tests and weight loss tests were conducted at rotating speed of 2000 rpm (3.14 m/s) with variation of chemical and geometric parameters. The results showed that the chemical effects were relatively larger than the geometrical effects, and the welded parts became local anode and preferentially corroded, which was explained by the differences between microstructural and compositional parameters. On the other hand, under active corrosion conditions, the heat affected zone was severely corroded and microstructural effects were dominant.

低浓度亚硝酸盐对A106B碳钢材料腐蚀的影响

为验证某电站闭式循环冷却水系统中的Fe2+含量显著增加是否由低浓度的污染离子NO2引起,采用静态挂片失重法、旋转挂片失重法和电化学方法评估了低浓度亚硝酸盐对碳钢材料的腐蚀影响.结果表明,室温条件下,在pH为10.0左右的除氧LiOH溶液中,添加3 mg·kg 1 NaNO2使A106B碳钢的平均腐蚀速率从0.66μm·a-1增大至0.99 μm·a-1,但当空气漏入时A106B碳钢的平均腐蚀速率为73μm·a-1.对比空气溶解引起水样碳酸化对腐蚀的影响,低浓度NO2-的影响基本可以忽略.

乙醇胺对碳钢腐蚀性能的影响

采用模拟循环回路试验研究了碳钢A106B、A672B60在乙醇胺和氨碱化剂溶液工况下的腐蚀性能,结果表明,A106B、A672B60在乙醇胺水溶液中腐蚀速率与腐蚀产物释放速率低于氨水溶液中;在相同工况条件下,A672B60的腐蚀速率与腐蚀产物释放速率低于A106B.扫描电镜表面形貌结果显示,氨水溶液工况下形成的氧化物表面较疏松多孔.极化曲线、电化学阻抗数据结果表明,A106B、A672B60在乙醇胺水溶液中的反应活性更低,耐蚀性更好.

显微组织对TA15合金疲劳性能的影响

研究了显微组织对TA15合金疲劳性能的影响.片状组织、双态组织的S-N曲线在1×106-2×106寿命处相交.在低循环区域(LCF),双态组织的疲劳强度优于片状组织;在高循环区域(HCF),片状组织的疲劳极限高于双态组织.
