The basic idea and method about determination of the feature line equations and how to apply them to the numerical control of the press bending of panel skins were introduced. Research indicates that it is feasible to realize the self-adapting incremental press bending by adopting the feature line equation. The feature line equation, which is based on the database of the status of practical processes, can be adjusted in time, and the forming precision can be improved. It is important to correctly select and reasonably predict the feature line equations to enhance the accuracy of the incremental press bending based on the feature line database and algorithm. The determination of the feature line equation settles necessary data foundation for further research on the database of self-adapting incremental press bending, and it supplies a new clue for the development of self-adapting incremental press bending.

The key problems of cold power spinning of Ti-15-3 alloy are studied. Reasonable biller preparation methods are presented to improve crystal structure and avoid crack of billet. Influences of original wall thickness, reduction rate and feed rate on expanding in diameter are analyzed and some methods to prevent expanding in diameter are given.

The processing parameters of tube extrusion for superalloy Inconel 718 (IN 718), such as slug temperature, tools temperature, choice of lubricant, extrusion ratio and extrusion speed, were determined by experiment in this paper. An appropriate temperature range recommended for the slug is 1080~1120℃, and the temperature range recommended for the tools is 350~500℃. The microstructural evolution of superalloy IN 718 during tube extrusion was analyzed. With the increase of the deformation the cross crystal grains were slightly refined. While the vertical crystal grain is elongated evidently and the tensile strength increased along the axial rake. Glass lubricants have to be spread on the slug surface after being heated to 150~200℃, vegetable oil or animal oil can be used as the lubricant on the surface of the tools to reduce the extrusion force remarkably.

采用湿渣法研究了0℃时碘化钇(YI3)-乌洛托品氢碘酸盐(C6H12N4.HI)-水(H2O)的三元体系相平衡,绘制了该体系的等温溶解度相图,相图分析结果表明,该体系中有组成为YI3.C6H12N4.HI.14H2O的配合物生成,对所得配合物进行了化学分析、X-射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、差热-热重分析,测定了其密度、晶体轴性,确定了配合物结构中的配位关系.

The present communication addresses an interesting problem related to the indeterminacy in hardness of superelastic NiTi reported by Xu et al. The origin of the indeterminacy is attributed to the inadequacy of the conventional Vickers hardness testing measurement which does not record elastic deformation, and thus the indeterminacy may be removed with suitable techniques. Concepts of hardness in relation to deformation are clarified. Recommendations for measuring the hardness of NiTi and other elastic-plastic materials are suggested, together with comments on the advantages and disadvantages of each of these methods.

合成材料老化与应用
采用多次挤出的方法和氧化诱导期(OIT)方法考察了抗氧剂对聚丙烯热氧稳定性的影响,测定了各次挤出试样的熔体流动速率(MFR)、黄度指数(YI)、力学性能以及氧化诱导期(OIT).实验结果表明:添加由主抗氧剂1010和辅抗氧剂168组成的复合抗氧剂后聚丙烯的熔体流动速率(MFR)、黄度指数(YI)、拉伸强度和冲击强度、氧化诱导期(OIT)与未添加抗氧剂的聚丙烯相比降低明显减缓,说明抗氧剂可有效抑制聚丙烯的老化,延长其使用寿命.

The M-s temperature, Delta G(gamma-->alpha), Delta G(gamma-->M) and mechanical energy under a non-severe impact loading in a medium manganese steel (Fe-7Mn-1.2C) have been calculated by means of Xu's Fe-X-C model. The relation between the yield strength of austenite and the driving force for martensite transformation has been established. It is proved that the martensite transformation can take place in a medium manganese steel (Fe-7Mn-1.2C alloy) under a non-severe impact loading.
