Roll Shape Setting Technology of Hot Galvanizing and Planishing Mill

A roll shape setting model was built for the hot galvanizing and planishing mill. The uniform transversal distributions of the front tension in the exit and the unit pressure were considered as the objective function. At the same time, the quality of the products, the stability of zinc layer, and the homogeneity of spangles were of considerable significance in the planishing process. The model was applied to the roll shape setting of the 1800 cold rolling 3#CGL hot galvanizing and planishing mill of Baosteel Co Ltd. After being planished, the flatness of a strip that was less than 6 I was more than 97%, and the flatness of others were less than 10 I; the pass percentage of the zinc layers reached 100%.

RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOURS OF CAST STEEL DURING SOLIDIFICATION

The stress-strain relation for cast low alloy carbon steel at solidification temperature has been examined by the authors' own desingned apparatus for rheological properties measurement.The rheology model,the stress-strain constitutive equation and the rheological parameters therefrom of the cast steel were proposed.Thus the theoretical basis and calcula- ting data for computerized s#nulation on the stress-strain relation and thermal cracking of the cast steel were suggested.

FRACTAL GEOMETRY STUDY OF CORRELATION BETWEEN IMPACT TOUGHNESS OF STEEL AND PARAMETERS OF FREE-CUTTING PHASE

Studies were made of the calculation of fractal dimension of transverse impact fracture sur- face,and of the correlation between impact toughness of steel and parameters of free-cutting phase by means of the developed fractal geometry model of crack propagation.It is believed that the area fraction,f,of free-cutting phase is negligibly influential to the longitudinal im- pact toughness,as f1 .While the aspect ratio,saying ratio of length to width,of free-cut. ting phase is inversely influential to the transverse impact toughness.This may .be the reason why the transverse impact toughness of free-cutting steel containing more rare earth contrast to sulphur is even higher than the low sulphur containing steel.

FRICTION MARTENSITE AND ITS TEMPERING CHARACTERISTICS

The nature of“white layer”found in 55SiMnMo steel subjected to friction test has been stu- died using TEM,SEM,X-ray diffraction and EPMA techniques.It is shown that the struc- ture of the“white laver”on the rubbing surface is duplex,consisting of a special martensite and some austenite.This layer may be 25—50 μm thick.It is ultrafine,with grain diametric approximately 30 nm.Its micro-hardness may be as high as Hm 1500 and is capable of cut- ting glass.It has superb corrosion resistance and resists tempering.Its mierostructure and hardness undergo changes only when the steel is tempered above 500℃.

溶液温度和衬底对电化学沉积Cu2O薄膜形貌的影响

以透明导电玻璃(TCO)、纳米TiO2/TCO、CNTs/TCO、铜片分别为工作电极,用简单铜盐通过阴极还原制备了Gu2O薄膜,并研究了溶液温度和衬底对电化学沉积Gu2O薄膜形貌的影响.结果表明:以TCO和铜片为衬底时,由于表面微粒为微米级,不管溶液温度高低,只能得到微米级的Cu2O薄膜;以纳米TiO2/TCO和CNTs/TCO为衬底,池温高于30℃只能得到微米级的Cu2O薄膜,而池温降到0℃时,都可得到纳米Cu2O.

小通道扁管内纳米流体流动与传热特性

建立了测量小通道扁管内纳米流体流动与对流换热性能的实验系统,测量了不同粒子体积份额的水-Gu纳米流体的管内对流换热系数和摩擦阻力系数,实验结果表明,在相同雷诺教条件下,小通道扁管内纳米流体的对流换热系数大于纯液体,且随粒子的体积份额的增加而增大,而纳米流体的阻力系教并未明显增大.

Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg合金时效析出研究

通过能谱和透射电镜分析研究了Gu-0.3Cr-0.15Zr-0.05Mg合金的时效析出,在4790℃时效4h形成了有序的原子排列,其化合物类型为CrCu2(ZrMg);同时存在体心的Cr相和面心的Cu4Zr相,在晶界上有少量未溶的Cr粒子.细小弥散的析出相使合金的性能得以提高,470℃时效4h~6h,硬度和导电率分别达109~108HV,79%IACS~80%IACS.

添加活化元素Ni对Mo-Cu合金性能的影响

采用机械活化制粉、低温烧结和致密化处理,制取了不同Ni含量的Mo-Gu合金.研究了Ni对Mo-Cu合金的致密性、膨胀系数、导热和导电性能的影响.结果表明,添加活化元素Ni使Mo-Cu合金的烧结致密化温度降低,热膨胀系数的变化与Al2O3陶瓷的变化很吻合,导电和导热性能降低,显微组织细小均匀,成为网络结构,是一种与Al2O3陶瓷封接匹配得很好的电子封接材料.

EXAFS STUDY OF THE SHORT RANGE STRUCTURE OF NANOCRYSTALLINE BCC-Fe80Cu20 SOLID SOLUTION

The structure of bcc-Fe80 Cu2o solid solution produced by mechanical alloying of theelemental bcc-Fe and fcc-Cu powders has been studied using X-ray diffraction and theextended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) techniques. The disappearance ofelemental Fe and Cu X-ray diffraction (XRD) peaks and the presence of bcc structuralXRD peaks illustrate the formation of a nanocrystalline single-phase bcc-Fe80 Gu20solid solution. From the EXAFS results, the clear observation of Cu atoms taking onbcc coordination in the solid solution and Fe atoms remaining bcc structure furtherverifies the reality of atomic alloying between Fe and Cu atoms and the lattice changeof Cu from fcc to bcc. However, the supersaturated bcc solid solution is not chemicallyuniform, i.e., some regions are rich in Fe atoms and other regions rich in Cu atoms.

含Nb-Ti低碳微合金钢中纳米碳化物的相间析出行为

采用热膨胀实验研究了等温温度对Nb-Ti微合金钢组织、性能及析出行为的影响规律,利用TEM对不同温度等温后试样的析出行为进行观察和分析.结果表明,不同温度等温后试样中均可观察到相间析出碳化物,且降低等温温度可显著细化相间析出碳化物所在面面间距、相间析出碳化物所在面内析出物间距及相间析出碳化物尺寸.具有层状分布特征的相间析出碳化物所在面呈现弯曲和平直2种形态,其中平直型相间析出碳化物所在面平行于铁素体的{011},{012},{013}和{035}面.经HRTEM确定相间析出碳化物具有NaC1型晶体结构,晶格常数为0.434 nm,且与铁素体基体符合Baker-Nut-ting(B-N)关系,经EDS分析确定相间析出碳化物为(Nb,Ti)C.利用Orowan机制对析出强化量进行估算,结果表明不同等温温度下析出强化量均大于300MPa.
