DEVELOPMENT OF POLYMER MINERAL COMPOSITE AND ITS DAMPING PROPERTY

The principle of production of polymer mineral composite was analyzed. Property parameters and the procedure for producing PMC components were also given. Damping property and principle of vibration absorption of polymer mineral composite were also investigated. Reduced experiment was conducted for two jigs which are similar in structure only different in material that one made of PMC the other made of casting iron to test their dynamic characteristic.

Superconductivity modulated by internal pressure in Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) compounds

It is shown that the superconductivity in Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) compounds can be modulated by internal (chemical) pressure. The internal pressure is induced by Gd substitution for Ce in CeFeAsO(0.84)F(0.16), which compresses the crystal lattice. The temperature dependences of resistivity and magnetization show that the superconducting-transition temperature T(c) is enhanced from 40 K for CeFeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) to 47.5 K for Ce(0.6)Gd(0.4)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16). The increase and subsequent decrease of Tc upon application of external pressure, as observed previously in LaFeAsO(0.89)F(0.11), is entirely confirmed by the modulation of Tc of the Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) superconductors by internal pressure.

X70管线钢J1d和K1a与V型缺口Ak关系研究

在不同温度下测试了X70管线钢动态断裂韧度K1d、J1d和止裂韧度K1a以及夏氏V型缺口冲击韧度Ak,对三者的关系进行了分析.结果表明:温度和加载速率都对断裂韧度产生影响;加载速率变化引起的韧-脆断裂转变具有热激活特征,在热激活分析基础上,在应力强度因子速率K=15 MPa·m1/2s-1条件下,得出断裂韧度、止裂韧度和冲击韧度三者的关系:Ak=4.84×106T-2.8K1d(或K1a).可以用小试样Ak数据计算得到K1d和K1a.

Structural evolution of Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) superconductors

Structural parameters have a critical impact on superconductivity in iron-based oxypnictide superconductors. Structural evolution study was performed on Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) superconductors by the analysis of the x-ray diffraction patterns with Rietveld refinement. Substitution of Gd for Ce generates internal pressure that compresses the crystal lattice. The contraction of the c axis is also indicated by the reduction of Ce/Gd-As and Ce/Gd-O/F distances, while there is a slight increase in the As-Fe-As block size, which is compensated by a large reduction in the Ce/Gd-O/F-Ce/Gd block with Gd substitution. The diagonal Fe-As-Fe angle for Ce(0.6)Gd(0.4)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16), with the highest T(c) among Ce(1-x)Gd(x)FeAsO(0.84)F(0.16) compounds, is 111.13 degrees. It is close to the ideal value of 109.47 degrees for the perfect FeAs tetrahedron, which is situated in the region of Fe-As-Fe bond angles where RFeAsO compounds tend to have the highest T(c). Magnetocaloric effect and size-effect related thermal hysteresis reduction in MnAs(1-x)P(x) compounds

In MnAs(1-x)P(x) compounds (x = 0.006 and 0.01), prepared by mechanical alloying, the thermal hysteresis is greatly reduced from about 10-30K in MnAs-based compounds, prepared by conventional melting, to 2K for x = 0.01 (or 4K for x = 0.006). Such obvious hysteretic reduction is ascribed to the grain-size effect, largely due to the preparation method of mechanical alloying. Meanwhile, a maximum value of the magnetic-entropy change Delta S(M) of 11.3 J/kgK for a field change of 2 T is obtained at 294.5K for MnAs(0.994)P(0.006). The study on the MnAs(1-x)P(x) system and also the effect of the preparation technology may be beneficial for the realization of magnetic refrigerants for application at room temperature. GdFeAsO_(1-x)F_x超导体的制备及其超导电性

通过先制备一种纳米尺寸的GdF_3作为GdFeAsO_(1-x)F_x样品中F的反应原料,在相对较低的温度(1120℃)下成功制备出一系列GdFeAsO_(1-x)F_x(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25)多晶样品.X射线衍射结果表明,超导样品属四方ZrCuSiAs-type结构,晶格参数随着掺F量的增加而减小.扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明,样品具有片层状晶体形貌特征.当掺Fx=0.1时,样品表现出超导电性,超导转变温度为22K,随着掺F量的增多,超导转变温度升高.和其他制备方法相比,这种制备方法更有利于F的掺入,而且可有效减少样品中杂质相的含量.

The synthesis and magnetic properties of Pr xCe 1 x Fe 2 have been investigated. The forma tion of Pr xCe 1 x Fe 2 is found to depend strongly on annealing temperature. Pure single phase compound can be synthesized at ambient pressure when x≤0 5. The main phase of the Laves structure can still be observed up to x=0 8. Magnetostriction increases with in creasing x and a largest saturation magnetostriction 200 ppm is observed for x=0.5.

层状LixCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2(0.5≤x1)的结构转变及其热稳定性研究

采用固相合成法制备了具有良好层状结构的LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2.通过化学方法对其进行去锂处理,制备了LixCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2(0.5≤≤1)系列样品,并利用XRD、TEM以及HR-TEM等方法对其微观结构进行了系统表征.计算与实验结果表明.当0.778≤x1时LixCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2的结构依旧保持O3结构,而当0.5≤x<0.778时其结构由初始的六方结构转变为单斜结构,同时电子衍射花样模拟及高分辨像模拟证明其对称性由R3m转变为P2/m.锂离子与去锂后形成的空位的有序排列是其对称性发生转变的主要原因.DSC/TG实验表明,LixCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2的热稳定性随去锂程度的不断加深而减弱;当加热至300~400℃时发生了由单斜结构向尖晶石结构转变的放热反应.

La(1+x)/3Ba(2-x)/3MnxCu1-xO3(0.8≤x1)晶体结构和输运性质

用固态反应法制备了名义组分为La(1+x)/3Ba(2-x)/3MnxCu1-xO3(0.8≤x1)的系列试样.试样结构的单相性经粉末X射线衍射分析而得以证实,且随Cu的掺杂其结构由未掺杂时的立方对称性转变为正交对称性.输运实验表明:所有试样均经历了半导体到金属的转变,但转变温度TP随掺杂量增加而逐渐移向低温端;外加磁场大大增加了TP附近的导电性,导致TP附近最大磁电阻效应的出现.
