In consideration of the local equilibrium among vacancies,solute atoms and vacancy-solute atom complexes and the influence of equilibrium grain boundary segregation,theoretical dy- namic formulas for non-equilibrium grain boundary segregation of solute have been derived on the basis of the vacancy-dragging mechanism.Theoretical calculation by computer has been carried out for the non-equilibrium segregation of boron to austenitic grain boundaries during isothermal holding and continuous cooling after heating at high temperatures.The re- suits agree well with those obtained from experiments.

研制开发出了一种低黏度、高活性、高性能的室温RTM成型用树脂体系——R602,其凝胶温度为105℃,固化温度125℃,后处理温度175℃,Tg为178℃;该树脂体系室温黏度较低,适用期在50 h以上;固化产物和复合材料具有优异的综合力学和抗吸水性能,树脂的拉伸强度为97.2 MPa,断裂延伸率为4.12%,弯曲强度为162.6 MPa.SEM结果显示R602树脂体系对纤维具有很好的浸润性.

<正> 介绍了循环冷却水新型高效缓蚀剂PC-602(磷酸六元醇酯)的合成方法及性能。在实验室内进行了碱性水处理条件下的腐蚀试验,缓蚀剂含量为5~10ppm时,腐蚀速度为0.005~0.008mm/Yr,缓蚀率达95%。在生产现场进行测试,腐蚀速度为0.01~0.02mm/Yr。在北京化工厂、北京化工三厂、北京啤酒厂使有近二年半,缓蚀效果良好。PC-602也具有一定的阻垢性能,10~30ppm时的阻垢率达60%,与PPA复配可达90~95%。PC—602的化学稳定性较高,在50~80℃,pH6~10,10~48小时的水解率小于5%。 形成固定的覆盖膜是使PC~602具有高缓蚀率的原因,成膜条件是提高缓蚀效果的关键。PC—602无毒性,无环境污染,当用作油气田污水处理缓蚀剂时,也有很好的缓蚀效果。

<正> “PC一602”水质稳定剂的主要成份为多元醇磷酸酯、多元醇聚磷酸酯、聚磷酸盐、正磷酸盐等,以抑制腐蚀为主,兼有一定的阻垢性能。在循环冷却水和供暖循环水系统中使用的情况表明,“PC一602”的缓蚀效率高,适用 pH 范围宽(6.0~8.6),可用于碱性水处理系统,无毒性、无污染。本工作研究其缓蚀作用机理,这对指导实际应用和优选协同增效组份等是有意义的。

探索研究了F-8H3/602芳纶织物增强树脂基复合材料层合板不同树脂含量对其冲击韧性、层间剪切强度及弯曲性能的影响,并采用显微镜及扫描电镜对破坏试样形貌进行观察.结果表明芳纶复合材料的树脂含量对其冲击韧性、层间剪切强度及弯曲性能影响较为明显,树脂含量为46.02wt%的芳纶复合材料层合板的0°冲击韧性为22 J/cm2、0°层间剪切强度为49.1 MPa、0°弯曲强度为506 MPa;在一定的树脂含量下,芳纶复合材料的0°冲击韧性、层间剪切强度及弯曲性能较90°的性能更优异;破坏试样的形貌表明纤维与树脂界面结合较为薄弱.

A bulk nanocrystalline (nc) pure copper with high purity and high density was synthesized by electrodeposition, An extreme extensibility (elongation exceeds 5000%) without a strain hardening effect was observed when the ne copper specimen was rolled at room temperature. Microstructure analysis suggests that the superplastic extensibility of the ne copper originates from a deformation mechanism dominated by grain boundary activities rather than Lattice dislocation, which is also supported by tensile creep studies at room temperature. This behavior demonstrates new possibilities for scientific and technological advancements with ne materials.

The enhanced magnetoresistance (MR) effect has been discovered under laser illumination in the La(2/3)Ca(1/3)MnO(3) film on the n-Si substrate at room temperature. The MR ratio dramatically increases from 0.54% to as large as 18% by irradiating with a 808 nm CW laser in 6.4 kOe magnetic field. Our results have potential applications to develop novel photo-magnetic functional devices operated at room temperature, and even possible multifunctional devices with tunable optical and magnetic properties.
