Recrystallization Behavior of Deformed Austenite in High Strength Microalloyed Pipeline Steel

Using methods of singlehit hot compression and stress relaxation after deformation on a Gleeble 1500D thermomechanical simulator, the curves of flow stress and stress relaxation, the microstructure and the recrystallization behavior of NbVTi high strength microalloyed low carbon pipeline steel were studied, and the influence of the thermomechanical treatment parameters on dynamic and static recrystallization of the steel was investigated. It was found that microalloying elements improved the deformation activation energy and produced a retardation of the recrystallization due to the solid solution and precipitation pinning. The deformation conditions such as deformation temperature, strain, and strain rate influenced the recrystallization kinetics and the microstructure respectively. Equations obtained can be used to valuate and predict the dynamic and static recrystallizations.

光谱和电化学方法研究黄芩素与核酸相互作用的机理

在pH=3.22的NaAc-HAc溶液中,应用循环伏安法、方波伏安法、荧光光谱法、紫外可见光谱法和黏度法研究了黄芩素(BAI)与鲱鱼精子DNA(fsDNA)之间的相互作用,发现二者通过沟槽作用形成一电活性较高的复合物,fsDNA为BAI提供了一个低极性的疏水环境导致BAI的峰电流显著增强,增强的峰电流与fsDNA在7.0×10-8 ~7.0×10-6 g/mL浓度范围内呈正比,由此建立了一种测定核酸的新方法,检测限达到4.1×10-8 g/mL.

Ab initio study of the intrinsic exchange bias at the SrRuO(3)/SrMnO(3) interface

In a recent publication [S. Dong et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 103, 127201 (2009)], two (related) mechanisms were proposed to understand the intrinsic exchange bias present in oxides heterostructures involving G-type antiferromagnetic perovskites. The first mechanism is driven by the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, which is a spin-orbit coupling effect. The second is induced by the ferroelectric polarization, and it is only active in heterostructures involving multiferroics. Using the SrRuO(3)/SrMnO(3) superlattice as a model system, density-functional calculations are here performed to verify the two proposals. This proof-of-principle calculation provides convincing evidence that qualitatively supports both proposals.

CFRP双剪单钉连接接头强度分析

双剪连接接头是复合材料结构连接设计的主要环节.针对T300/KH304复合材料层合板的双剪连接形式,分析了单钉连接情况下的接头强度,并采用Yamada-Sun准则预测了该层合板结构双剪连接接头的破坏载荷.结果表明:该接头的破坏模式主要呈现为挤压破坏;Yamada-Sun准则可以较好地预测该结构的破坏载荷;所预测的接头的破坏载荷及破坏模式,试验结果与数值分析结果比较一致.

Improved Nonlinear Equation Method for Numerical Prediction of Jominy EndQuench Curves

Without considering the effects of alloying interaction on the Jominy endquench curves, the prediction results obtained by YU Baihai′s nonlinear equation method for multialloying steels were different from those experimental ones reported in literature. Some alloying elements have marked influence on Jominy endquench curves of steels. An improved mathematical model for simulating the Jominy endquench curves is proposed by introducing a parameter named alloying interactions equivalent (Le). With the improved model, the Jominy endquench curves of steels so obtained agree very well with the experimental ones.

MgO掺杂对BaSrTiO3介质陶瓷性能的影响

通过实验,研究了MgO掺杂对BaSrTiO3陶瓷介电性能的影响和机理.观察了样品的微观形貌,讨论了氧化镁在调整Ba1-xSrxTiO3铁电陶瓷的介电-温度特性的作用.结果表明,氧化镁掺杂对Ba1-xSrxTiO3系介质陶瓷产生了压峰和移峰作用.借助扫描电镜对所制得的样品进行了分析,氧化镁掺杂使Bai.SrxTiO3系介质陶瓷的结构细晶化.以实验结果和微观结构分析为依据探讨了氧化镁掺杂改性作用的机理.

高压下合成气层流火焰传播特性的实验研究

本文利用双腔泄压式定压燃烧弹,研究了高压下典型IGCC合成气的层流火焰传播特性,得到了不同压力(0.1~1 MPa)和不同当量比下(0.6~3.0)合成气的层流火焰传播速度和Markstein长度.实验结果表明,层流火焰传播速度随当量比先增加后减少,随压力的增加而减小.Davis和Sun机理能较好地预测高压下合成气层流火焰的传播速度.Markstein长度随当量比的增加而增加,随压力的增加而减小.

层流冷却过程低碳钢相变模型的适用性分析

选取了现有典型的C-Mn钢相变过程的物理冶金模型,包括5组孕育期模型、7组相变动力学方程模型、5组相变后铁素体晶粒尺寸模型.利用自行开发的组织性能预报系统软件模拟计算了在3组实际冷却工艺条件下各模型的奥氏体转变过程,并对各模型进行了评价.结果表明,对于所设定的成分和工艺条件,适用性较好的孕育期模型是Kwon所提出的模型;适用性较好的动力学方程模型是Liu、Donnay和Sun所提出的模型;适用性较好的铁索体晶粒尺寸模型是Hodgson所提出的模型.

拉压性能不同纤维增强复合材料的非线性本构模型

为满足在工程应用中对建立拉压性能不同纤维增强复合材料的非线性本构理论的需要,考虑静水压影响的Drucker-Prager屈服准则与各向异性的Hill屈服准则相结合,提出了广义Hill屈服准则,并推广到Sun-Chen的单参数塑性模型中,建立了考虑拉压异性复合材料的非线性统一本构方程.实验验证结果表明,运用本文中所建立的本构模型能够很好地描述碳纤维/环氧(IM600/Q133)复合材料在偏轴拉伸和压缩载荷作用下的非线性响应.
