Based on principles of thermodynamics, it is derivd that in binary system the quasi-parabola regulation must be obeyedby the standard Gibbs free energy of formation of a compound.Extending to ternary system a quasi-paraboloid regulation also must be done. The effects of rapid heating (heating rate ranging from 15℃/s to 300℃/s) during the final annealing process on microstructure evolution and magnetic properties of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel had been investigated. It was found that the heating rate increasing could cause the substantially refined structures for the recrystallization grains and this grain refinement would decline when the heating rate beyond 50℃/s. The recrystallization texture exhibited pronounced improvement with hearting rate, such as the intensity decrease of {111}//ND fiber and the intensity increase of {110}<100> Goss component. The texture improvement and grain size refinement caused by heating rate increasing resulted in complicated variation of the magnetic properties. The magnetic induction (B50) keeps increasing while the heating rate increasing from 15℃/s to 300℃/s and the core losses variation (P1.5/50) is reverse, but it begins to increase when the heating rate ranges from 100 to 300℃/s. The results indicate that recrystallization texture and the magnetic properties of the non-oriented electrical steel have been improved definitely by the rapid heating during the final annealing treatment.

研究了多壁碳纳米管和α-(2,4-二叔丁基苯氧基)酞菁钻修饰碳糊电极对L-半胱氨酸的电催化氧化.发现α-(2,4-二叔丁基苯氧基)酞菁钴修饰碳糊电极对L-半胱氨酸有很好的电催化作用,降低了L-半胱氨酸的阳极氧化电位.加入了多壁碳纳米管后,电极的电流信号增强,灵敏度增大.质量分数为10%多壁碳纳米管掺入α-(2,4-二叔丁基苯氧基)酞菁钴修饰碳糊电极对L-半胱氨酸的电流信号响应最强.在搅拌下测定其安培响应,稳态电流5 s内达到稳定状态,灵敏度为8.44×10-2 A·L/(mol.cm2),检测下限为5.0×10-6 mol/L.

The morphology of the dark and bright regions observed by transmission electron microscopy for the Zr(64.13)Cu(15.75)Ni(10.12)Al(10) bulk metallic glass strongly depends on the ion beam parameters used for ion milling. This indicates that the ion beam could introduce surface fluctuation to metallic glasses during ion milling.

利用Thermo-Calc软件并结合金相显微镜,定性研究了2205双相不锈钢在800℃下敏化不同时间后的微观组织演变过程.通过研究扫描速率、介质成分、介质温度和试样表面状态优化了双环电化学动电位再活化法(DL-EPR),并用该优化方法研究了2205双相不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性.结果表明:DL-EPR法能定量评价σ相对2205双相不锈钢晶间腐蚀敏感性的影响,随敏化时间延长,σ相含量增多,晶jian 腐蚀敏感性也随之增加.腐蚀形貌的观测验证了这一规律,

The effect of interstitial hydrogen on the cohesion of the Al Sigma=11(113) grain boundary (GB) is investigated based on the thermodynamic model of Rice-Wang using the first-principles density function calculation. The results indicate that interstitial H behaves as an embrittler from "strengthening energy" analysis. The reduced GB cohesion due to the presence of H at the GB is attributed to the low affinity between H and Al, and the weakened bonding of Al atomic pairs perpendicular to GB plane.
