Fracture behavior of 304 stainless steel coatings by cold gas dynamic spray

304 stainless steel coating was deposited on the Interstitial-Free steel substrate by cold gas dynamic spraying (CGDS). Three-point bending test of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating was tested by SHIMADZU electro-hydraulic servo-controlled fatigue testing machine and the fracture morphology was examined by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the fracture behavior of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating was brittleness fracture. The crack in the coating occurred in the interfaces between particles and the crack extended to the internal of the coating with the increase of the load. When the crack has extended to the combination interface between coating and substrate, the crack extended to the two sides. The microstructure and mechanical property of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating have been optimized after heat treatment.

New preparation of Mg-Li-Al alloys by electrolysis in molten salt

This work presents a study on electrochemical formation of Mg-Li-Al alloys on an inert electrode (Mo electrode) in a molten KCl-LiCl-AlCl3-MgCl2-KF system. It aims at preparation Mg-Li-Al metal alloy directly under an optimal electrolytic parameters. Main factors which affect current efficiency are investigated. We have discussed the co-electrodeposition conditions and the effect of technical parameters on these experiments, and gained a good electrolytic process. The result of calculation shows that co-electrodeposition Mg, Li and Al occurs at the cathode current density higher than 9 A/cm2 and electrolytic voltage between 6 to 9 V. And at the optimal parameters, 12-13 A/cm2, 620-640 ℃, the highest current efficiency reaches as high as 86 %. Lithium combined with magnesium forms Li0.92Mg4.08 and Li3Mg7, and aluminum mainly exists in a form of Mg0.58Al0.42, distributing in the alpha phases and beta phases.

HAN液晶盒中开关时间对形变场弛豫过程的影响

HAN液晶盒撤掉外加电压的过程(即弛豫过程)中,假定电压的开关时间为有限的,把电压处理为时间的指数衰减函数.在这一假定下,对撤掉外加电压后HAN液晶盒中指向矢的分布情况进行研究,得到了对HAN液晶盒的弛豫过程有影响的电压开关时间的范围.

电场诱导纳米结构HAN液晶盒中新型有序重构过程的描述

基于 Landau-de Gennes 理论,利用松弛迭代的方法,研究了包含-1/2向错线的混合排列(HAN)液晶盒中,平行于向错线的电场所诱导的结构转变。结果表明,盒厚固定时,电场诱导五种结构转变过程;电场固定时,盒厚变化产生三类结构转变方式。力曲线上的极小值确定了液晶系统发生结构转变的临界盒厚。

HAN-IPS液晶盒的引流效应

根据Erickson-Leslie流体动力学理论,研究了混合排列向列相-共面转换液晶盒的引流效应.在强锚定边界条件下,经过理论推导,得出液晶指向矢与流速的关系方程,进一步通过数值计算得出指向矢分布与时间的关系.发现引流效应加快了指向矢达到平衡态的速度,而且破坏了指向矢分布的瞬态对称性,特别在加电压的初始几毫秒这种现象非常明显.

The research on plasma immersion ion implantation has been conducted for a little over ten years. Much is needed to investigate including processing technlogy, plasma sheath dynamics, interaction of plasma and surface, etc. Of the processing methods elavated temperature technique is usually used in PIII to produce a thick modified layer by means of the thermal diffusion. Meanwhile plasma ion heating is more recently developed by Ronghua Wei et al[1]. Therefore the temeperature is a critical parameter in plasma ion processing. In this paper we present the theoretical model and analysize the effect of imlantation voltage, plasma density, ion mass,etc on the temperature rise.

介观LC电路在时变电源作用下量子态的演化

采用Wei-Norman方法,求出含时变电压源的介观LC电路随时间演化的精确解,应用相空间准概率分布函数,研究了时变电源作用下介观LC电路相干态的量子特性,结果表明此函数是一个二维运动的Gauss波包,其中心电量和磁通呈余弦和正弦变化.
