The effect of nonmagnetic Y partial substitution at the Dy site in Dy(1-x)Y(x)MnO(3) up to x=0.2 on magnetism, specific heat, and ferroelectricity is investigated, which resulted in a preliminary multiferroic phase diagram. It is revealed that the Y partial substitution suppresses the Dy-spin ordering point (T(Dy)) and ferroelectric ordering point (T(FE)) but enhances the Mn-spin ordering point (T(N)). The interaction between the spins of Dy and Mn is remarkably affected by Y substitution. The measured electrical polarization depends on the Y substitution in a complex way because the ferroelectricity is sensitive to the interaction between the spins of Dy and Mn. A unidirectional reaction for synthesis of the high T_c superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_x has been proposed, Its T_c is 90-94.5 K and △T is 1 K. The phase relationships in the system Y_2BaCuO_5-Y_2Cu_2O_5-CuO-YBa_2Cu_3O_x were studied and discussed.

本文结合唐钢FTSR生产线的实际生产工艺参数,利用Gleeble 3500C热模拟机,分别研究了单道次不同变形温度、变形速率(50%压下率)对高强低合金T510L钢变形抗力和奥氏体微观组织演变的影响及两道次(R1→R2)连续变形后奥氏体微观组织演变.实验表明通过高温大压下量的变形,完全可使该钢种充分发生动态再结晶,细化奥氏体晶粒度.

基于构形理论,以导热和对流换热总(火积)耗散率最小为优化目标,对T-Y形肋片进行构形优化,得到同时考虑导热和对流换热(火积)耗散性能的T-Y形肋片最优构形.结果表明:存在最佳单元级直肋和中部空腔高度和长度比使得T-Y形肋片无量纲当量热阻取得二次最小值.增大肋片高度和长度比和肋片占比有助于提高T-Y形肋片整体传热性能.T-Y形肋片与T形肋片相比,T-Y形肋片二次最小无量纲当量热阻降低32.33%,此时T-Y形肋片温度梯度场更均匀,整体传热性能得到明显提高.

The effect of cooling field H-FC on the exchange bias field H-EB in a spontaneous lamellar ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic phase separated Y0.2Ca0.8MnO3 has been studied. It is found that with increasing H-FC from 1 to 6 T the value of H-EB decreases by 37% at 2 K and is inversely proportional to the ferromagnetic layer thickness t(FM). This suggests that the tuning of H-EB by H-FC in Y0.2Ca0.8MnO3 arises from the variation of t(FM) with H-FC. This phenomenon is essentially different from other types of magnetic tunings. The magnetic properties of the mixed ferro-ferrimagnetic compounds with (A(a)B(b)C(c))(y)D, in which A, B, C and D are four different magnetic ions and form four different sublattices, are studied by using the Ising model. And the Ising model was dealt with standard mean-field approximation. The regions of concentration in which two compensation points or one compensation point exit are given in c-a, b-c and a-b planes. The phase diagrams of the transition temperature T-c and compensation temperature T-comp are obtained. The temperature dependences of the magnetization are also investigated. Some of the result can be used to explain the experimental work of the molecule-based ferro-ferrimagnet ((NiaMnbFecII)-Mn-II-Fe-II)(1.5) [Cr-III (CN)6] - zH(2)O. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. Mg24Y5相的细化是进一步提高Mg-l0Y合金力学性能的关键.研究了稀土元素sm对Mg-l0Y合金中的Mg24Y5相及其基体组织的细化作用,结果表明:sm的加人,改善了Mg24Y5相的形貌,促进了细小弥散分布的Mg24Y5颗粒相的形成;同时,Sm的加人,通过固溶作用,进一步细化了基体组织;显微组织的改善导致了合金高温下力学性能的提高.

采用四点弯曲试样在高频疲劳试验机上对铝基复合层板进行了疲劳试验,采用直流电势法测量裂纹长度,用扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察其疲劳断口及疲劳裂纹形貌,通过对比性试验,考察了组元性能错配和界面结合强度对复合板L-T取向疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响,并用断裂力学理论对其进行了初步分析.结果表明:性能错配的复合双层板两侧面的疲劳裂纹扩展通过界面产生牵扯作用,扩展速率相对于整体材料发生变化,近似符合混和定则;界面对层合板L-T取向疲劳性能的韧化作用以分层韧化为主,结合强度不同,产生的影响也不一样.
