TENSILE PROPERTIES AND CREEP RESISTANCE OF Fe_3Al-BASED ALLOYS CONTAINING NIOBIUM

Small amount(0.5-0.8at.%) of niobium addition to the multicomponent alloys based on Fe3Al(Fe-28Al-5Cr-0.5Mo-0.05Zr-0.05B-0.1Ce) results in the microstructural refinement and the increase in the yield strength at temperatures up to 600℃,but is not beneficial to room temperature ductility.Results of microanalysis indicate that the addition of niobium causes the formation of precipitates with complex compositions which strengthen both matrix and grain boundaries and enhance the creep resistance of the alloys.

Fe_3Al金属间化合物动态复原机制的研究

研究了Fe_3Al在900-1300℃、形变速率为1-10~(-3)s~(-1)的热压缩过程中的动态复原机制.结果表明,当Z参数大于临界值时,该合金发生动态再结晶,反之则仅发生动态回复.动态再结晶是通过亚晶形核方式进行的.热压缩时真应力随真应变的增大而不断增加.所有的真应力—真应变曲线呈锯齿形(jerkyflow),且随形变速率下降锯齿形更明显.
