Mg及δ相对GH169高温合金力学性能的影响

研究了微量元素Mg及δ相对GH169(INCONEL718)高温合金力学性能的影响结果表明,Mg含量从30ppm提高到70ppm,合金可以在保持高强度下进一步改善塑性,特别可提高在使用条件下的一些重要力学性能;δ相的数量、形态及分布明显影响合金的缺口周期持久寿命相应的组织观察表明,Mg在一定程度上也影响δ相的?些特性,因此通过控制Mg含量可控制δ相的数量,形态及分布特征,从而进一步提高GH169合金的力学性能

材料热处理学报

通过高温拉伸实验对GH4169合金的加工硬化特性进行了研究,采用扫描电镜观察其断口处的组织形貌,分析了δ相对GH4169合金塑性变形的影响。结果表明,GH4169合金加工硬化规律基本遵循Hollomon公式;合金在不同热处理制度(固溶处理、时效2 h、时效5 h、时效32 h)下的应变硬化指数n分别为0.274、0.391、0.423和0.468;δ相的析出提高了合金的抗拉强度和屈服极限,而塑性表现为先上升后下降。

The effect of carbide solvation on the γ/γ+δ boundary temperature Tδ and the equilibrium relationship between the alloying elements at the γ/γy +δ boundary in austenitic steels at high temperature have been studied, and the variation of the ferrite volume fraction with temperature in α+ γ dual phase steel has been investigated. The relative expressions are derived from many experimental results, which provides a basis for quantitative calculation, composition design, determination of the working processes,and prediction of the mechanical properties and the structure of the austenitic steels.

Micro-alloying of Mg,ranged from 30 to 70 ppm,may improve the high temperature ductility,stress rupture,especially,certain important mechanical properties,such as cyclic stress rupture,creep/fatigue interaction and crack propagation rate.The quantity, morphology and distribution of δ-phase may obviously influence the notched cyclic stress rup- ture life.The relevant microstructure shows that the Mg may also influence to certain extent on the feature of δ-phase.Thus,to keep the Mg and δ-phase under control may further im- prove the mechanical properties of alloy GH169.

STUDY OF PHASES IN U-10wt%Zr ALLOY BY NEUTRON DIFFRACTION

U—10wt%Zr alloy has been analysed by neutron diffraction method to determine the constituent phases and their crystal structures.The collected diffraction data are processed using Rietveld' s profile technique (with program“ Fullprof ”). Four phases,α-U,δ, γand α—Zr, in the alloy at room temperature and the corresponding volume fractions as well their structural parameters are obtained from the data analysis, For the δ-phase, a partially ordered unusual hexagonal structure of the modified C32(AlB2) type is confirmed.
