在FT-IR中的1 170、1 110、1 090和960 cm-1处出现硅烷特征峰,峰较强,在Raman光谱中则出现在1 091cm-1附近,而且强度较弱. 随着硅烷用量的增加,由FT-IR计算的吸光比(R1)由0.43增加到1.44,由激光Raman光谱计算的吸光比(R2)由0.028增加到0.099,二者变化趋势相同,均可估算硅烷的接枝率. 采用Raman光谱表征了硅烷接枝HDPE的结晶结构. 结果表明,随着硅烷用量的增加,晶相含量由69.8%下降到67.5%,非晶相含量由12.9%下降到5.5%,而中间相含量则由17.3%上升到27%. DSC结果表明,结晶度由71.8%下降到61.1%,熔点由134.4 ℃下降到131.1
