超快冷方式下热轧双相钢的生产工艺

研究了超快冷方式下热轧双相钢的生产工艺,采用分段冷却方式,介绍了空冷温度、空冷保温时间、卷取温度、过钢速度等工艺参数的制定原则,结合相变理论,采用模拟计算方法,得到各个参数的参考值范围。该工艺应用于热轧现场获得良好性能的双相钢,其抗拉强度达到700MPa。
