界面在多相金属间化合物合金形变过程中的作用

综述了近年来多相金属间化合物研究进展,强调界面对多相合金的形变过程及力学行为的影响,讨论范围限于TiAl基利(Ni、Fe,Co)Al基多相合金,界面位错源的启动可以提高脆性相的形变能力.采用适当的制备和加工工艺可以突出多相合金中界面的有益作用,得到比较好的综合性能

PST双相TiAl类单晶室温变形位错特征

利用透射电子显微镜研究了PST双相TiAl类单晶室温变形后的位错特征。发现除微孪晶和1/2<110]单位位错外,<011]超点阵位错和1/2<112]超点阵位错也参与了变形。<011]位错通常发生:[101]→1/2[101]+APB+1/6[211]+SISF+1/6[1 2]的分解,而1/2<112]超点阵位错则通常分解形成由1/6<112]部分位错构成的层错偶极子。1/2<110]单位位错通常是混合型位错。本文讨论了这些特征对材料室温变形的影响。

PST双相TiAl类单晶高温变形位错特征

利用透射电子显微镜研究了PST双相TiAl晶体高温变形后的位错组态。发现微孪晶变形、1/2<110]单位位错、<011]超点阵位错、1/2<112]超点阵位错均参与了变形。螺型<011]超点阵位错可在{100}面上分解,构成Kear-Wilsdorf锁。400℃,600℃变形时由1/2<112]位错分解形成的层错偶极子仍然存在,但数量减少。850℃变形时未发现层错偶极子,但这时1/2<112]刃型可动位错数量增加。原位加热观察表明,层错偶极子在650℃时完全消失。本文讨论了这些位错特征对TiAl合金韧脆转变特征的影响。

ADVANCE IN Ti_3 Al AND TiAl INTERMETALLICS RESEARCH IN CISRI

Recent work on Ti_3Al base alloy,TAC-1, developed in CISRI, including investigations of effects of modification in alloying and TMP on microstructural characteristics and mechanical behaviour,indicates that alloy TAC -1 is very promising structural material for a number of elevated temperature applications. Stuody dealing with a reverse relation between RT ductility and toughness found on TiA base alloy, TAC-2, led to development of a special heat treatment technique for producing a fine filly lamellar microstructure (FFL), which gives a high and balancing ductility and toughness. This is also of significance for promoting engineering applications of this alloy.

Plastic behaviour of TiAl polysynthetically twinned (PST) crystals is reviewed to show our knowledge and understanding for receiving a good combination of strength and ductility of two phase TiAl alloys under monotonic and cyclic loading conditions. Anisotropy and mechanism of strength, ductility, toughness. cyclic hardening and fatigue life are described focusing on the effect of lamellar structure.

DIFFUSION BONDING OF TiAl TO Ti AND TC4 ALLOY

TiAl was diffusion bonded to Ti and TC4 alloy in vacuum furnace. Results showed,at the TiAl-Ti interface,the reaction layer of stratification Ti3Al was formed closest to TiAl base,and the a phase and the α + βphase arised closest to Ti base at 1173K and 1573K respectively. The phase structure of TiAl/ and the phase structure of TiAlwere observed be- tween AiAl and TC4 under respetive bonding temperature.The fiacture at tensile testing occurred in the bond - line, producing very flat fracture surfaces with some pull-out of the TiAl materials.The ultimate tensile strengths of the joint were approximate to γ-TiAl base marterial.
