以可溶性无机盐为原料, EDTA 、柠檬酸、酒石酸为复合螯合剂, 水为溶剂, 采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了无裂纹、晶粒尺寸小且均匀分布的钙钛矿结构的BaPbO3 导电薄膜. 利用XRD、SEM和EDS表征方法结合薄膜方阻的测定, 具体分析了Pb/Ba比和晶粒生长情况对BaPbO3 薄膜导电性能的影响. 实验结果表明: Pb/Ba比和晶粒生长情况是决定BaPbO3薄膜导电性的两个主要因素, Pb/Ba比的上升和晶粒的长大, 都会提高BaPbO3薄膜的导电性能; 热处理次数对BaPbO3 薄膜方阻的影响与薄膜厚度有关. 在700℃下保温10min的快速热处理方法, 可以获得钙钛矿结构、薄膜方阻为5.86 Ω﹒□-1 的BaPbO3 薄膜.

以铬粉, 铝粉和石墨为原料, 采用热压方法制备Cr2AlC陶瓷材料. 研究了组成、烧结温度对试样物相和密度的影响. 研究结果表明, 当原始组分中Al过量低于20at%时, 样品中的主相为Cr2 AlC, 另有微量的Cr7C3 相. Al过量超过20at%时, 样品为Cr2AlC单相. 试样的块体密度随Al过量的增大而下降. Al过量10at%在1400 ℃热压1h试样的室温硬度、弯曲强度和杨氏模量分别为3.5GPa, 375MPa和278GPa. 在75~269K温度区间, 样品的电导率随温度增加而线性地减少, 具有金属特性. 文中还报道了样品的热学性能.

利用预涂敷与激光重熔方法制备陶瓷梯度涂层,并对涂层的冶金结构、组成、硬度、以及耐磨性进行分析。结果表明:该涂层内陶瓷硬质相体积百分比沿基体到表面方向呈梯度变化,过渡层为具有良好韧性的固溶体。涂层结构均匀,和基体结合良好,无气孔和裂纹。厚度为0.4-0.8mm,表层硬度达HV_(0.2)1100。与普通激光涂层比较,涂层内部的硬度随着成分组成的变化而平缓变化,既提高了涂层与基体的结合强度又提高了表面的耐磨性,同时,避免裂纹的产生。

配制了一种具有光敏特性的陶瓷浆料, 并用此浆料通过直写精细无模三维成型技术制备了线条直径为300μm的BaTiO3陶瓷基木堆结构. 系统地讨论了光敏浆料的配制方法、浆料直写无模成型的工作原理以及采用的烧结工艺. 制备过程中不同阶段的研究表明, 光敏浆料中的BaTiO3纳米颗粒在烧结前未发生团聚, 从而保证挤压成型顺利进行; 烧结后样品成瓷效果好, 各向收缩均匀, 整体无变形、开裂. 该技术具有成型速度快、制造周期短、可用材料范围广等特点.

A novel ceramic cemented carbide compact insert was developed using hot pressing sintering technique. The surface layers of the sandwich material were ceramic and the middle layer was cemented carbide. The factors that affect the properties of the compact insert were analyzed. Theoretical analyses and experiments indicated that the cemented carbide with greater elastic module and thermal expansion coefficient than ceramic should be used in the sandwich material in order to get high equivalent flexure strength and the geometric parameters of the compact insert are also important to its properties.

A comprehensive survey was made of various candidate high temperature materials for gas turbine use, and their relative merits and drawbacks were assessed. It is shown that superalloys, fine-tuned, will be persistent for the next few decades, to be followed up by high temperature intermetallics. For advanced ceramics, the problems of reliability and cost will have to be solved before they can be used in critical parts of engines.So are C/C composites with their oxidation problem. Surface modification and development of thermal barrier coatings can effectively overcome many problems of gas turbine materials and these technologies should be emphasized.
