用选区电子衍射结合约化胞程序分析的方法,发现在缓冷的TiNi合金中存在以(1/2)〈001〉和(1/8)〈210〉超点阵衍射斑点为特征的亚稳相──x相,它属于单斜晶系,其点阵常数为:a=0.669nm,b=0.603nm,c=0.951nm和β=95°。
