采用有限元分析和镦粗试验研究了不同伺服驱动模式下AZ31镁合金在镦粗变形过程中的变形行为,并观察了镦粗前后镁合金的显微组织.结果表明:在变形温度为250℃的条件下,采用伺服低速匀速驱动模式和伺服减速驱动模式均有利于减小镦粗试样的损伤值、变形过程中的温差以及变形载荷;在伺服减速驱动模式下,镦粗后可获得更加细小的等轴晶组织,该模式有利于镁合金动态再结晶的发生.

The paper concisely introduced the hoopment of photoplastic simulation and the principle of its appli- cation.Deformations of combine extrusion and strain distributin in the process of upsetting the cylinder with void were studied by this physical photoplasic simulation method. Some important informations obtained from the simulation experiment are helpful to understand the deformation law and the charac- teristics of material flowing.The validity of the physical simulation method and the importance of com- bining the physical simulation method with numerical simulation method together were proposed in the paper.
