铝对抗磨耐热钢抗氧化性的影响

研究了不同铝含量的Fe-25Cr-20Ni在900℃、1000℃和1100℃的高温氧化行为.其中,Fe-25Cr-20Ni-4.72A1在900℃、1 000℃和1 100℃时的平均氧化速度比Fe-25Cr-20Ni分别降低47.14%、58.14%和17.49%.X射线衍射分析结果表明,氧化膜主要为Fe、Cr的氧化物和尖晶石(NiCr2O4、FeCrzO4),其中在Fe-25Cr-20Ni-4.72A1合金中检测到了A12O3.对氧化后试样截面进行扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,结果表明,不含铝以及铝的质量分数为1.68%和7.10%的试样氧化后氧化膜分为两层:即厚度较为均匀,存在较多的破碎、剥落的外层和外层与基体之间的较为致密,但存在空穴的内层;铝的质量分数为4.72%的试样氧化膜较为致密,基本无剥落,分层现象不明显,生成的AlzOa存在于氧化膜的最外层,有效防止了材料的进一步氧化.

EXTRACTION KINEIICS,MICELLIZATION AND INTERFACIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF A NEW EXTRACTANT SYSTEM

The interfacial kinetics,micellization and interfacial characteristics of the synergetic extrac- tion system,D_2EHPA-H_2RPA-Al~(3+),have been studied.H_2RPA is a single long chain alkyl phosphate.We have found that H_2RPA in the mixed extractant system strongly exhibits the characteristics of micellization and interfacial activity.As the concentration of D_2EHPA in- creases,the micellization and interracial activity of H_2RPA decrease.The interfacial adsorption behaviour of H_2RPA is opposite to that of D_2EHPA.It was proved that the kine- tics of non-micella mixed extraction system was controlled by the chemical reaction at inter- face,and the reaction rate equation was obtained.This non-micella mixed extraction system is expected to be used in the future.

Influence of Widening on the Rolling and Recrystallization Texture in High Purity Al with Initial Cube Texture

The influence of widening and initial Cube tex- ture on formation of rolling and recrystallization texture was investigated in high purity Al.With in- creasing widening the initial Cube texture has ro- tated more around rolling direction(RD)and less around transverse direction(TD).Therefore,more orientations rotate in x-fibre between G{110} <001>and B{110}<112>positions,and less in S{124}<211>texture component,which shows the widening plays an important role in the forma- tion of S component during rolling.The relation- ship between rolling and recrystallization texture components is discussed.Though the transition band predicted by Dillamore and Katoh is always formed during rolling,the most important factor in- fluencing recrystallization texture should be the ori- ented growth according to the changes of volume fractions and scatter widths of texture components with widening.
