应用扫描电镜能谱和X射线衍射方法对乙苯反应器腐蚀产物进行了分析.结果表明， 造成乙苯反应器内壁以及内部结构15 CrMo钢腐蚀的原因是，生产乙苯的原料气中所含O2 ，CO2，H2S等.在380～420℃时15 CrMo钢氧化、硫化所致.对15 CrMo钢表面喷铝处理 可防止此类腐蚀的发生.
