研究了不同封闭方法对LD7铝合金阳极氧化膜在NaCl溶液中耐蚀性的影响,包括沸水封闭、氟化镍封闭、重铬酸钾封闭和醋酸镍封闭。利用动电位极化和电化学阻抗能谱(EIS)研究了封闭后阳极氧化膜的腐蚀行为。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了封闭后阳极氧化膜的表面形貌。结果表明在酸性溶液和碱性溶液中醋酸镍封闭能提供更高的耐蚀性,而沸水封闭在中性溶液中较耐蚀。工业生产中普遍采用的重铬酸钾封闭对LD7铝合金阳极氧化膜封闭效果并不理想,封闭后的阳极氧化膜在不同pH值的溶液中耐蚀性均不高,氟化镍封闭的阳极氧化膜层耐酸性不强。

Observation was carried out of the structure of sulphuric,oxalic or phosphoric film on Al after treatment of reanodizing and electrolytic depositing lubricant in (NH_4)_2MoS_4 solution,as well as of the deposited products by means of EMPA,TEM and energy spectro-scopic analysis.The deposited products are mixture of compounds of S and Mo rather than single MoS_2 and most of them dcposited near the surface layer of the film.Some regular long pores without barrier layer occurred in the film,but the regular fine channels without relation to the structural element parameters of original anodized film were found in the thickened barrier layer of phosphoric film.Sulphur may be remained as Mo sulphide in the film during heating under Ar protective environment.

以电化学改性和化学改性的碳纤维(CF)为载体制备了负载铱催化剂,通过考察催化剂在甲醇低压羰基化合成醋酸反应中的催化性能,研究了 CF 表面处理条件对负载铱催化剂性能的影响.XPS测试结果表明,阳极氧化后碳纤维表面出现 O、N 元素,氧化时间由2 min增加到5 min,O/N原子比例提高,在随后的负载铱催化剂中,铱的负载量由2.17%增加到4.88%,且双齿配位铱的比例较单齿配位铱增加,对醋酸的选择性由20%提高到30%.对阳极氧化后的CF,分别通过表面羟基缩合引入具有配位基团的 N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷后,由于配位基团数量的增加,铱的负载量分别提高到4.49%和6.43%,同时,单齿配位铱/双齿配位铱的比例增大,由于其分子链结构的柔性,明显改善了固载铱的化学微环境,催化剂对醋酸的选择性分别提高到72.5%和77.8%,表现出良好的催化活性和选择性.

An environmental fn'endly anodizing treatment (Anomag) from a phosphate-based solution without heavy metals on AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied. The characteristics of the coatings, such as structure, composition and corrosion resistance were investigated. The effects of this anodizing treatment on the mechanical properties were examined. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that the structure of the coatings is amorphous or glass. In salt spray tests coatings with an average thickness of 10μm had an anticorrosive performance of over 1000 hours. Fatigue tests revealed that anodizing onto AZ91D magnesium aUoy does not affect the fatigue strength. These results demonstrate the utility of this anodizing treatment on magnesium alloy for application as a structural material, such as in the automotive field.

为了在单一电解质溶液中制备出彩色着色的铝合金阳极氧化膜,采用正交试验法研究了电解液成分对蓝灰色、深绿色电解着色的影响规律,优化了可以满足同时制备多种彩色电解着色氧化膜要求的典型电解质溶液,还研究了极板材料与极板分布对着色均匀性的影响.结果表明,选择组成为4~5 g/L硫酸亚锡、12 g/L硫酸镍、16~20 g/L硫酸的电解质溶液可以满足多色化着色的要求,采用锡板替代不锈钢可以避免极板产生白色粉末问题,双阴极板布局有利于提高电解着色均匀性.

为了研究不同表面处理工艺对TB8钛合金与复合材料胶接性能的影响,采用激光毛化、NaOH阳极氧化两种表面处理工艺在不同参数下对TB8钛合金进行表面处理,并分析其表面形貌;然后将表面处理后的TB8钛合金试样与复合材料胶接,采用90°剥离试验进行剥离强度对比研究.结果表明:激光毛化和NaOH阳极氧化均可提高TB8钛合金与复合材料的胶接剥离强度;经过60A-1 ms-3 Hz-270mm/min激光毛化后TB8钛合金与复合材料的胶接剥离强度最高达到4.20N/cm;经过10V-20min NaOH阳极氧化后TB8钛合金与复合材料的胶接剥离强度最高达到5.99 N/cm.
