本文报道了晶界碳化物对Fe—15Cr—25Ni合金蠕变断裂性质的影响。结果表明,晶界碳化物大大提高了合金断裂寿命与延性、这是由于晶界碳化物的析出阻碍了晶界滑移与扩散,从而降低了裂纹或空洞形核与生长速率。
