EFFECT OF EXPLOSIVE CONSOLIDATION PARAMETERS ON CONSOLIDATION QUALITY

Two-dimension consolidation under the cylindrical converging shock wave has been studied. The major parameters influenced on the explosive consolidation quality are the specific energy,detonation pressure and specific impulse.It seems to be favourable to improving con- solidation quality by a lower but slightly higher than critical detonation pressure and a high specific impulse.

Two dimensional explosive consolidation under cylindrical converging shock wave has been studied by use of coated fine iron filaments compacts to replace conventional metallic powder, so the randomness of three-dimensional spatial distribution of metallic powder might be avoided.The deformation and surface flow pattern of particles as well as the mechanism of consolidation have been clarified experimentally.The distribution of high temperature area is in agreement with the result of numerical simulation by Williamson.A model for the explosive consolidation was given.

爆轰驱动单、双管粉体压实对比

由材料可压缩性及爆轰驱动的相关假设,根据质量、动量守恒导出可压介质运动微分方程,并将聚心爆轰的平面泰勒波近似与粉体受压状态方程相结合,得到爆轰产物流场与粉体收缩运动的耦合关系式,使运动微分方程明确且可解.应用该方程式计算聚心爆轰驱动下多孔铜粉的单、双管压实过程,所得速度、平均密度时程曲线分别与文献报道的结果吻合良好,且由于位移时程曲线由速度导出,有理由认为其是符合物理实际的.通过对比计算结果可知,双管压实装置中外管具有明显的聚能效应,在相同装药比下能实现更高压力,使烧结体具有更高的压实密度;另外,实验结果还显示双管结构配合中心杆能有效避免马赫孔及扩大可烧结尺寸,因而双管烧结设计更优.

冷爆炸压实中纳米陶瓷粉末摩擦传热研究

对纳米陶瓷颗粒在爆炸冲击波作用下的受力特点进行了分析,利用准静态弹性力学方法研究了颗粒间的冲击摩擦力大小,并利用热传导的尺寸效应和冲击摩擦的强瞬态性(忽略传热的边界散射影响),研究了摩擦引起的颗粒内部温度变化和温度场分布.ITO纳米陶瓷粉末参数的计算分析表明,冷爆炸压实中纳米陶瓷粉末颗粒间很难形成摩擦焊接.要提高纳米陶瓷粉末爆炸压实后的结合强度,必须加强陶瓷颗粒在压实过程中的烧结行为,建议在纳米陶瓷粉末的爆炸压实中采取预热爆炸压实的工艺路线.

柱面聚合激波作用下金属的烧结机理

本文以表面镀膜的金属丝束替代粉末,研究了柱面聚合激波作用下二维的烧结过程,避免了粉末在三维空间分布的随意性,从而能充分显示烧结的典型过程,对颗粒变形、表层流动规律给出清晰的图象,在形貌上和高温区的分布与Williamson的二维数值计算结果一致。

爆炸烧结参数对烧结质量的影响

用金属丝束代替粉末研究了在柱面聚合波作用下二维的烧结过程。结果表明,对烧结质量影响最大的爆炸参数是比能量、爆压和比冲量;采用略高于临界值的低爆压和高的比冲量可提高烧结质量。
