镀有TiN 薄膜的玻璃是一种新的“热镜”材料。当TiN 薄膜厚度大于90nm 时,它对红外线的反射率大于75%。小样试验结果表明:使用镀TiN 的窗玻璃比用普通玻璃节省取暖能源50%以上。此外,TiN 薄膜与玻璃的结合力强,它不被酸、碱、海水所腐蚀,时延性好。
