电子衍射和晶体学测量证实,300M超高强度钢板条马氏体的惯习面为{335}_A型,与奥氏体的位向关系偏离K-S关系2.5°,为G—T关系,相邻板条间绕其公共面{110}_M法线相对旋转约60°,形成板条间不同的位向关系,包括近似{112}_M孪晶关系。

A TEM investigation was made on the morphology,orientation relationship and habit plane of three alloy nitrides,namely CrN,VN and Mo_2N simultaneously formed within the diffussional nitrided layers in an H13 steel nitrided at 580℃.It was.found that the nitrides were precipitated by continuous clustering and subsequent ordering of both interstitial(N)and substitutional(Cr,V,Mo)solutes on {001} habit plane,and that the observed morphology and crystallography of the nitrides were in good agreement with the predictions from the invariant line stain model proposed for precipitation transformations.

Some characteristics of plate martensite in a 1.03% C ferroalloy have been studied by using the transmission electron microscopy.The habit plane of the plate martensite in this ferroalloy was found to be close to{224}_f.The morphology,distribution,coalescence and curving of martensite as well as the substructure in both martensite and austenite have been observed. The mechanism of both nucleation and growth of the martensite have been discussed.

The volume fraction of the lamellar carbide cell in HK50 alloy may be increased with the in- crease of nitrogen content over 0.065%.The habit plane of l(?)mellar carbide is {111}_γ.The distribution of nitrogen changes no more before or after the precipitation of lamellar structure. The diffusion activation energy of carbon reduces remarkably with the increase of nitrogen content.It is believed that the lamellar carbide cell is harmful to the high temperature creep and impact properties of the alloy.

The martensitic transformation in Fe-Cr-W-V-C alloy has been investigated by TEM.The habit plane of martensite is near (252)_f, the austenite/martensite orientation relationship is Kurdjumov-Sachs'.In the martensite plates there are twins on (112)[ 1]_b,dislocation tangles and the lattice defects on (011)_b plane.In the austenite near the growing martensite plates,the dislocations with high density and stacking faults can be observed. The substructure of martensite may probably be the result of accommodation deformation during martensitic transformations.
