一种高强度加长螺栓断裂失效分析

针对一起高强度加长螺栓在装配过程中发生突然断裂事故,从螺栓断口宏、微观形貌特征入手,通过逐步深入分析,确定螺栓断裂失效的主要模式为氢脆延迟断裂,断裂成因是由于冶炼或浇铸控制存在问题所造成。

Y 对8090Al-Li 合金拉伸性能和断裂行为的影响

淬火高碳马氏体沿晶断裂机制

提出马氏体沿晶断裂机制:粗大奥氏体晶粒转变为马氏体时,以晶粒为体积膨胀单元,必然产生不均匀应变,在晶界区形成显微局部应力,甚至产生应力集中,削弱晶界结合,有时出现微裂缝,在淬火第一类应力(或外力)作用下,形成沿原奥氏体晶界扩展的沿晶裂纹和冰糖状断口。

本文研究了两种晶粒组织的二元Al-Li 合金拉伸性能与断裂行为。结果表明Al-Li 合金力学性能与晶粒尺寸有关,其断裂行为决定于PFZ 内平面滑移或晶界沉淀相与滑移的交互作用。
